All patients should arrive at the appointment time. Our scheduling allows for a 30-minute check-in time.
Summit Vein Care allows a 15-minute grace period. After that, we may see you as a walk-in if the schedule allows, or we may need to reschedule.
Please call at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can leave a message after hours or over the weekend.
After 3 no-shows, patients may need to pay a $150 fee for future missed appointments and keep a credit card on file. Patients may also be placed on call-ahead status, which means they can call each morning to check for same-day availability.
After repeated no-shows or late cancellations, Summit Vein Care may require call-ahead scheduling or a card on file.
Summit Vein Care works with insurance for medically necessary vein care. Coverage depends on your plan, so our team can help review your benefits.
